Webpart development – Object reference not set to an instance?

OOTB the webpart template from the “Visual Studio 2005 Extensions for Windows SharePoint Services” can give you a terrible headache when you try to redeploy a webpart in development. Doing so you can get the error “Object reference not set to an instance” line 0 column 0  ;-(
